Project Associate

Megha Moktan has joined as a project associate. She holds a master’s degree in Zoology from Darjeeling Government College. Megha has six years of experience with WWF-India. She worked in the Darjeeling Sikkim landscape as a field biologist. Her main focus of work was Red Panda conservation in North Bengal – Sikkim Himalaya, under this she contributed to multiple projects. Prior to this, Megha was engaged with the High Altitude Tiger project and her field sites were in Arunachal Pradesh and North Bengal. Her key interest lies in understanding small mammals and their habitat associations.
