Programme Manager Community Initiatives

About the Position

The CI program focuses on developing alternative livelihoods for the community in order to incentivise their participation in conservation programs. We are looking for a young, dynamic and artistically inclined individual for this post. This position is based at Pune.

Scope of Work

Preparing product designs and prototypes, purchasing suitable materials from local market, visiting field site to train the communities, marketing of products through exhibitions, digital media, social media and similar platforms. Designing brochures, presentation, banners, posters. Managing accounts, sales records and correspondence and related office work. The position will require occasional travel to project sites for training the communities.

Essential Requirements

The candidate should have a flair for design and should be able to develop attractive designs for products. Should be capable of making posters, brochures, banners, presentations, and work on social media for marketing. Should have proficiency in design software. Should have good communication skills in written and spoken English.

Remuneration

Remuneration will be commensurate with ability and experience of the applicant.
